1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 70jili ("70jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 70jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 70jili.org and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 70jili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

- You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 70jili or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 70jili Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.
70jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
โ Age Restriction: Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 70jili employs age verification procedures and will immediately suspend any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age. Any funds in such an account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of the 70jili Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 70jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 70jili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 70jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
- KYC Verification: 70jili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation.
- Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at 70jili's discretion, subject to applicable regulations.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 70jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: 70jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 70jili account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (
1) business day to process depending on your bank.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Same-day withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are available for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
- Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 70jili reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Verification Before Withdrawal: 70jili reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the 70jili account holder.
- No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you request withdrawals to a payment account belonging to a third party. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to accounts held in your own name.
- Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 70jili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.
Note: Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted on 70jili in compliance with current Philippine financial regulations. Only debit cards, e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya), and bank transfers are permitted.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
70jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 70jili reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers or engaged in bonus fraud will be permanently disqualified from all future promotions.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers โ including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by 70jili โ will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Modification & Withdrawal: 70jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
- Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 70jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all gameplay on 70jili:
- Random Number Generation: All 70jili games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. - Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 70jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 70jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent gameplay.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned to 70jili.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 70jili Platform or its underlying software.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 70jili staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 70jili Platform โ including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform โ is the exclusive property of 70jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 70jili.
- Use any 70jili trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.
Any unauthorized use of 70jili's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 70jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 70jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
70jili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 70jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination & Suspension
70jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
- Reasonable suspicion that your account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Any other reason that 70jili, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to your breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any required verification procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 70jili customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 70jili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 70jili customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
14. Amendments to These Terms
70jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 70jili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
